Tegucigalpa, Honduras – According to an official statement from the National Electoral Council (CNE), on December 30, 2025, the National Congress of Honduras (CN) for the 2026-2030 term will be made up of 128 Deputies: 49 from the National Party (PN), 41 from the Liberal Party (PL), 35 from the Libre Party , 2 from the Pinu-SD, and 1 from the Christian Democracy (DC).

The President of the National Congress of Honduras is elected by the 128 Deputies for a 4-year term; the remaining positions are for a 2-year term.

The Board was elected under a motion by Deputy Mario Pérez with the support of 86 elected Deputies from 5 political parties.
